This is a WAV file but WAV files don't work so well with Internet Explorer.

This is an MP3 file which is much more robust on the internet. It is easy to convert WAV to MP3 using a free online conversion site.

It is better to manually add pictures if you want to write text near them rather than use the inherit "photo gallery" that Weebly includes.

Just drag a text box to where you want it near the picture and start typing. I used two pictures side by side but you can have one, three, four etc......
